Bruce S. Raphel |
Attorney Raphel co-founded the Law Firm in 1996 and has been in practice since 1993. He received his J.D. degree with honors from the New England School of Law, Boston, Massachusetts where he received the American Jurisprudence Award in Conflicts of Law. He received his B.A. degree, Magna Cum Laude from Maxwell School of Citizenship at Syracuse University in 1990.
He is an active member of the Plymouth County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Conveyancer Association and Pilgrim Bar Advocates, Inc. He sits on the Executive Board of Home Health and Child Care. He is the Vice President and a Committee Member of the Clark Shores Water Corporation, Lakeville, Massachusetts. Attorney Raphel is active in Youth League Baseball, Raynham, Massachusetts, a past member of Save Our Sports, Brockton, and a past volunteer basketball coach, Park and Recreational Department for the Town of Raynham.
Attorney Raphel’s practice is concentrated in the areas of personal injury, civil litigation and real estate. He has extensive experience in the State Courts in the tri-counties of Plymouth, Norfolk and Bristol. He also practices in the areas of domestic relations, criminal defense, wills and estate planning and corporation.
Attorney Raphel was featured in a February, 1999 issue of the Massachusetts Bar Association Journal for his work in handling a domestic relations matter involving extensive litigation.
His experience in real estate includes both residential and commercial closings. He is counsel to Maritime Mortgage Corp., Mortgage Financial Services, Inc. and DeWolfe Mortgage Services.
He represents lenders, borrowers, buyers and sellers of real estate and has lectured for potential homebuyers, realtors, and Brockton Housing Authority.


Joseph L. Grimadi |
Attorney Grimaldi joined the Law Firm in January of 2002. He had previously worked as an intern, while attending Law School.
Attorney Grimaldi received his Juris Doctor degree from Massachusetts School of Law, Andover Massachusetts in 2001. He received his bachelor of science degree from Northeastern University School of Criminal Justice, where he was selected to participate in the United States Immigration Co-op Program in 1992.
Attorney Grimaldi worked for the United States Immigration Service as an officer since 1992. He graduated from the 16-month Federal law Enforcement Training Academy in Glynco, GA, where he was trained in Immigration Law and procedural aspects of the very intricate Immigration Service.
Attorney Grimaldi's practice is concentrated on Immigration Law, where he gained extensive experience as an Immigration Officer. In addition, he also practices law in areas of domestic relations, personal injury, wills and estate planning, criminal defense and real estate law.
Attorney Grimaldi is an active member of The Plymouth County Bar Association, The Massachusetts Bar Association, The American Immigration Lawyers Association, New Center for Advocacy, The Justinian law Society of Massachusetts, and The Supreme Historical Judicial Society.
